"The better you feel, the better it goes.
That's how reality is built."
— Feel Good First
The Author
Jeff Utter
I've spent nearly two decades practicing this work daily and teaching it to a small weekly circle. That shared love is what grew the Joy Is The Key community to 128,000+ members. Feel Good First is the book version of what I've been saying in those Sunday rooms for years — distilled, twenty-two ways, in plain English.
I also wrote Reality Is Optional, run a Sunday mastermind, and built JoyPilot — an app for the practice. Everything I do points at the same thing: feeling good is not a reward for getting your life right. It's the doorway.
